Pick up from Airport & a short transfer to Ranweli Eco Lodge situated on a peninsula between sea, river and lagoon)

Day Two
After breakfast leave for Chaaya Village a central base to visit the cultural sites.
In the afternoon climb Sigiriya rock fortress- the 8th wonder of the world.

Day Three
After breakfast visit the majestic ancient city of Anuradhapura/Polonnaruwa.

Day Four
Visit the Minneriya National Park where the “Gathering” occurs-the largest natural grouping of Asian elephants.

Day Five

Day 05 After breakfast leave for Kandy, the last kingdom of ancient Ceylon.
En route stop and see the Dambulla Caves famous for its beautiful Murals.
Overnight at Mahaweli Reach on the banks of the beautiful Mahaweli river

Day Six
Visit the sacred Temple of the Tooth.
In the evening be entranced by the music, dance and cultural highlights of the country
Overnight at Mahaweli Reach.

Day Seven
After breakfast proceed to Nuwara Eliya to enjoy the coolness and splendour of the hilly tea country.
En route visit the world famous Royal Botanical Gardens in Peradeniya.

Day Eight
At leisure –( A treck to the magnificent eco system of the Horton Plains is possible)

Day Nine
After breakfast leave for Yala.to see leopard, bear and other splendours of wild life
En route visit Kataragama Temple. where all ethnic groups and religious cultures meet.

Day Ten
After breakfast Jeep Safari to Yala National Park.
Dinner & overnight at Yala Village Hotel

Day Eleven
After breakfast leave for the southern coast of Unuwatuna where you can enjoy fresh sea food in the many restaurants that abound the palm fringed shore.

Day Twelve
After breakfast visit the Galle Fort & tour the city of Galle, a fortified city in the southern most part of the island.

Day Thirteen
After breakfast leave for Colombo.
Bargain shopping in Colombo.
Overnight at Galle Face Regency – Colombo.

Day Fourteen
After breakfast travel to Airport for departure flight....
